You've seen this name in sections of the blog but the question is: who is Leaner's Voice?
We are a group of students in St. Katherine's school, who originally got together to discuss potential improvements or changes to the teaching styles of the English Department. It was set up to help students have a voice when it came to our education. We went to a workshop in Engineer's House before hosting our own workshop for teachers in school which helped improve the relationship we had with the staff. We then decided to split our group to focus on four key areas of improvement: use of digital technology; communication in the classroom; teaching outside the classroom and lesson observations. As part of the digital technology group, we set up this blog to help students have a voice and opinion. Our future goal, is to be able to make this blog fully accessible to 100% of the students, so that if anybody wanted to write a post they could do so.
